Up for sale are 4 new CR123A lithium-ion (rechargeable) batteries plus 1 new Trustfire TR-001 battery charger. Batteries rated at 800mah. (3.0 volts). Charger must have its voltage selector set to 3.0 volts to charge the 3v batteries. Please note that these are no longer the Ultrafire brand as pictured in the first picture.

Arlo security systems typically use rechargeable batteries with PCB. These batteries do not have PCB.
So basically these are not for Arlo security camera systems!
What are the best batteries for Arlo security cameras?
The non-rechargeable batteries supplied with your Arlo Wire-Free cameras. Most Li-Ion RCR123A 3.7V 650mAh (or close to that)  rechargeable batteries specifically marked “Works with Arlo” Non-rechargeable batteries from other high quality, established, well-known manufacturers such as Panasonic®, Energizer, and so on.
The primary difference between the Protected (PCB) and Unprotected batteries is that the protected batteries have a small circuit board, typically on the bottom of the battery, that stops the charging or discharge of the battery in certain circumstances. Some of the circumstances in which the circuit include: Over-Charge, Over-Discharge, Short-Circuit, and in some cases, overheating
