Any item we sell as USED is not returnable.
Clothing and shoes sold in NEW condition are returnable within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the exact same condition it was delivered in. That means for shoes it must have the box (if it was included), not dirty on the bottoms, etc. For clothing, tags must still be on, item not washed, etc. We retain the right to deny any return that does not meet the criteria above.
For all other items sold in NEW condition are returnable within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. For example, you cannot open and item then decide to return it if you don’t like it. If an item is truly defective, we will accept a return. However, we will check the item upon receiving and if we find that it is not defective, we will assess a 50% restocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping unless the item is defective.

We provide free fast shipping to all 50 States in the United States. Most items ship within 1 day of ordering and arrive within 5 days of ordering. All shipments are via UPS, Fedex, or USPS. If you need your item faster, please select one of the faster shipping options available. There is a small charge as it costs us more to get it to you faster 😊
