Presented is a one of a kind
Sailor’s-Work Model of a Steamship’s Smokestack
replicated with heavy gauge steel formed to duplicate the Stack of a Steamship, circa 1960.
Authentically detailed and complete with handrail at top, Ship’s Whistle and Shipping Line colors on Standoffs. Model is an impressive example of industrial marine folk art.
Please note: this item was hand-made at least 50 years ago and hails most recently from an important SE marine collection along with some other items currently posted.
Stack in sound condition with
some expected typical age wear, surface scuffs, paint chips as pictured.
